Stayed at Pier 5 Hotel recently. It was okay overall. The best part was the location—really close to a bunch of good restaurants, which made grabbing food super easy.
The room was fine for getting work done, but the lighting in the hotel lobby was pretty dark, which wasn’t great. The outside of the hotel has a rustic, pier-like vibe—not fancy, but maintained well enough.
Staff were nice and polite, but nothing over the top. No one really went out of their way to make the stay feel special. So, don’t expect over the top customer service.
Overall, it’s a decent spot if you just need somewhere convenient and functional—but don’t expect anything too memorable.
