We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We arrived around 11 PM after a long drive, having booked a room with two beds for our family of four. At check-in, we were told no such rooms were available — even though check-in time had started hours earlier.
We were asked to wait without a clear explanation. The front desk agent (later we learned her name was Deja) took personal calls, laughed, and commented aloud that she was “just the person behind the desk.” She even offered us a single king bed for all four of us, which was unacceptable. After more than an hour and a half, we were given two separate rooms, which meant splitting up our family late at night.
The next morning, we were woken at 7:50 AM by a call from the front desk. Throughout the day, we asked several times if a room with two beds had become available but were told no. That evening, another staff member — Tanika (spelling uncertain) — quietly told me to call the third-party service, say the reservation was canceled, and the hotel would confirm. We followed her instructions, but the hotel never confirmed anything.
Other guests came down asking for ice and were told all the ice machines, including in the lobby, were broken. Our room also lacked basic hand soap.
We stayed calm and respectful the entire time, but the disorganization and lack of accountability were unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting professionalism or basic hospitality standards.
