4 night stay in April 2025. Management and service is sadly lacking and doesn’t care. After a 10 hour jourejy we were booked into Room 425 that had a KNOWN AC fault resulting in temperatures in the 80's - after a late dinner and went to bed. At 11pm it was stifling and had to dress, report, repack and move to another room - partner who had a severe foot injury and disability.) Front desk informed me that night SPECIFICALLY that the previous guest had reported the fault ,was also moved but obviously 'maintenance' failed to fix it. The following morning we asked to talk to the manager but were informed that she had no real schedule at the property. and were not sure when she would be there but would take a message. We asked to speak with her after she had been informed of the issues. At no time did she make any attempt to contact us , we checked the next day and she left a internal message that they had no previous AC issue, and in any event ‘we were moved so all was ok, she saw no reason to apologize or discount the bill ‘. We stated to the front desk that we were not satisfied to give her one last chance to review the matter as the fault occurred previously (her staff raised this ,the disturbance was considerable and her response were inappropriately not caring. We did mention if no positive response would be given we would follow up with reviews and reports On checkout this was totally ignored. Very poor choices from the manager
