My family and I arrived just after midnight while traveling from out of town. Before we even arrived, the gentleman working the front desk around 12 a.m. Saturday attempted to charge my card, despite my reservation being set to “pay at property.” When the charge didn’t go through, he made sarcastic comments about my card and said he was about to give our room away. His attitude was rude and unprofessional.
The room itself was also disappointing. There was hair in the bed, the pullout couch mattress was stained, and the blanket smelled strongly of chlorine. Overall, not a good experience.
