We have stayed at a few Ash properties, the front desk service at the Ulysses was absolutely horrendous. The staff member checking in handed us a pocket of room cards, we had to ask about valet parking (which was listed under amenities at time of booking, but actually do not have) and ended up purchasing and parking the car ourselves, upon check out the next day we realize there were free drink vouchers in our key pocket, which the staff member never told us about. At checkout, no one was at the front desk and when someone finally did arrive (the same staff member as the day before) we were greeted with less than helpfulness.
