“房間裡面有煙味，沒有區分房客，入住前又沒有事先詢問房客， 造成整晚的感覺很不好! 櫃檯的服務比較冷淡， 請櫃檯協助處理時，往往得不到什麼結果， 因為離市區比較遠，沒有交通工具的人 如背包客， 不適合入住!”

“濫收加床費，經投訴後，才同意免收，上網亦非免費，稍過時限，便已被收5歐羅上網費，我的女兒12歲,但被指在酒店登記為5歲以下，要収加床費,令人不滿”

“An old style hotel in normal quality, and the bathroom setting is not user friendly. Housekeeper came too early in the morning, and there was no “Do not disturb” sign provided which causing much inconvenience to the guest. The best point for the hotel its location, it takes only 5 mins walk from the train station, and you could easily reach to the old town area within 20 mins.”

“Not recommended to stay there in summer time since no air conditioner in the whole hotel”

“The staff/owners were wonderful. My two negative issues were the parking fees in the parking garage. Parked Friday afternoon left early Sunday morning and it cost $40 euros. The loud people coming out of the bars between 10 pm and 3:30 am kept us up and difficult to sleep. Loud, drunk people sitting around the hotel. Could not sleep. Plus side, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast!”
