Brada View is a home from home. It is rated 10/10 for its location because it is within a few minutes stroll of everything Bamburgh has to offer. Bamburgh is rated number one coastal village, with its imposing and historic 'Bebbanburgh' castle, and many miles of wide, unspoilt sandy beaches.
Brada View has a very large master bedroom with king size bed, smart TV and bedroom furniture plus a desk for business travellers.
The second bedroom has two single beds, bedroom furniture and a collection of children's books, toys and puzzles.
The lounge has two leather sofas, smart tv, soft furnishings and dvds, cds and games.
In the kitchen dining room you should feel like you are at home because it has a wide range of utensils, plenty of china, mugs and glasses, pans and kitchen equipment. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, hob and fridge freezer.
The bathroom has a full size bath with a strong shower overhead. There's also a basin and toilet, and an illuminated demisting bathroom cabinet with shaving point.
In the L shaped hallway we have a bookcase with books for guests and coat hooks and shoe rack. Inside the hall cupboard you will find beach toys, high chair, clothes dryer and ironing board, and cushions for the outdoor chairs.
We pride ourselves on providing a clean, warm place to stay for couples or families.
As it is a ground floor apartment, there is access from the front as well as the back through the outside patio. We have an allocated off road private parking space. The enclosed courtyard garden has outdoor furniture at the back, and bench seating out the front within a communal lawned area.
The apartment is in a small block of just six homes and situated in a lovely cul de sac with no through traffic. As you step onto the pavement in front of Brada View you can see Holy Island (Lindisfarne) just across the sea.
Bamburgh castle is in view from the main bedroom and is just a few minutes walk away.
Bamburgh village has many attractions including excellent places to eat, from a la carte menus, pub food, and cafes. It has a famous butcher, deli's, ice cream shops and cafes. In addition to the beaches the village has a tennis court for hire, a huge green and two play areas. St Aidan's church is of particular interest as it houses the ossuary with Anglo Saxon bones from previous Bamburgh inhabitants, and the famous RNLI heroine, Grace Darling is buried there. Opposite the church is a museum dedicated to Grace Darling.
Bamburgh has many things for holiday makers and Brada View is the perfect base to explore Northumberland. We find that couples like to stay, as do families. We are very family friendly and we welcome well behaved pets. We are also approachable and happy to answer any questions you have.
