“The property was advertised as premium property great part of town. But when we arrived we noticed security bars all over the windows and doors and my partner felt very uncomfortable staying there. We immediately told the property manager that we didn't even want to stay one night but was convinced to stay one night but my partner was so uncomfortable that she went to bed fully dressed and couldn;t sleep at all that night. We left the next day but now property manager will not respond or return……

“Very peaceful and relaxing, nice pool and barbecue area, we enjoyed it as a family!! The host was always available for any questions, very pleasant and helpfull. The villa does need a little tlc on the outside, and there was no wifi as advertised, but who cares when you have a pool!! I enjoyed it!!”

“I was given a different room from what I paid for and she said that I probably saw the pictures of another property she has. I told her to show the picture separately for every place she said NO. So you book and she gives you whatever she wants. So my friends had to go somewhere else to stay and she never refunded me the difference since that places was less money per night. Place was dirty. Dishes dirty with old food stuck on plates and utensils. Stove didn't work, was clogged. My fiancé had to……
