“這次連住六晚，飯店的住房都是高樓層，還有離JR大宮車站走路約九分鐘，是我選擇的原因 飯店房間大小很剛好，大行李箱打開沒問題，房間十分安靜，幾乎都沒聽到什麽聲音，空調也很安靜，TOTO的免治馬桶是等級比較高一點的，而且這次房間在19樓，所以住宿是很舒服的 但是有一個問題，就是自住早餐的菜色雖然算是還不錯，但種類偏少，最大的問題是食物幾乎每天都一樣，如果要連住好幾天，可能到第三天就膩了，尤其是有帶小孩的家庭，西式餐點的種類偏少，也比較不好吃 每天更改菜色應該是飯店要改進的方向，不然要連住多天的客人應該會受不了”

“A bit far away from Tokyo or Shinjuku (at least 35 mins by JR), but overall experience was good. Just few minutes walk from Urawa station, PARCO amd Isetan department stores are next to the station, very convenient for shopping and dining. Room size is enough for a single traveller, clean and quiet. The bath towels are soft and clean, really good. Hotel breakfast in buffet type, with various Japanese dishes. They also served eel, where not many hotel provided. Restaurant located at 12/F,……

“Overall a very good and convenient hotel in Ayase! Lots of restaurants and stores around, really closed to Ayase station, and the living conditions are comfortable. Would be better if a clearer instruction can be provided regarding how to access the service counter, which is on the 2/F. And the fact that a curtain can be added between the bath tub and washroom area, so that water can be separated from the washroom, and it can be used by two people at the same time.”

“my first time to stay in a toyoko inn hotel. room design is well thought, compact yet functional. not new but very clean. appreciate that they put those unnecessary amenities at the lobby for you take only when you need them, so that i can have more space to put my stuff.”

“房間雖然不大，但從大廳、餐廳到房間，都是簡約明亮，非常舒適。 連住兩天，自助式早餐有所變化，也都很美味。大廳提供DHC美容液和盥洗用品自由取用，備有飲水機和製冰機、Iton煎茶粉好喝。 附近有lalagarden，再走遠一點點就是伊藤洋華堂。春日部的東橫inn,促使我加入東橫inn的會員。”

“The staff was friendly. The room is tiny, so it would be better if you travel light. There is no window in the room. Location is good, with convenience store, supermarket, drugstore and quite a lot restaurants within walking distance. ”
