“本飯店離outlet僅幾步之遙，吃東西要走到附近購物中心，裡面蠻多選擇。飯店外有排班計程車，到機場或巴士總站皆方便。到萬隆購物逛街可考慮此飯店。”

“Room small with dated bedding. Bathroom need improvement. Buffet breakfast only basic. Only 1 lift available. ”

“Stayed 2 nights in their Family Room. Rates are affordable, room is a tad small for 4 adults but it's alright. We had a decent stay. Breakfast spread is not huge - filled with local food. Not much healthy options but it'll do. Location is excellent as it's just across the road from s shopping mall Cihampelas Walk (Ciwalk). Loads of stores along the roads to patronise. Staff are friendly and nice.”

“The employees of the hotel were very nice and polite. However, there were some issues with this hotel. First, the refrigerator didn't work - the door was hot to the touch. Second, the hot water in the shower kept cutting out, and it stopped working altogether. The breakfast options were a bit limited, but it was satisfactory for a simple breakfast. The room was a bit dark. Overall, the hotel wasn't that bad, but next time, if we stay in Bandung, I think we will stay somewhere else. 3/5”

“open area in the lobby and with great design and happy colors.Also few restaurant cross the hotel, and a mini shop is along with the hotel. Price is also worth to come back again.”

“No issues during check in but air cond in the room need to do some servicing as it was not cool at all. Room key card was unable to use and I had to wait about 15 mins for technician to come and replace a new card.”

“I am not sure if the hotel is a budget one. Very Small tv. Room lights are very very dim, i dont understand why cant it be brighter? Comforter doesnt change at all only bedsheets changed and that we have to inform to get it done. Breakfast spread very very limited. However, service was tiptop very nice hotel crews.”

“A studio appartement in a modern building. Communication with Travelio was not easy as we did not understand that Expedia was passing us to another similar local agency to manage the rental. Fortunately my partner is speaking Indonesian but if it had been only in English it would have been even more difficult. The place now - basic facility. Two towel and two rolls of toilet paper for 4 nights, this is cheap. The flush in the toilet was broken, we had to use the plastic device in the shower……

“Kamar tidak disiapkan dgn baik walau sudah diinfokan jam masuk. Komunikasi via wa sangat terbatas dan lama br dijawab. Sarung bantal, handuk, toiletries dibwkan setelah ad info dr tamu. Tamu mengkomplen utk mengganti sprei krn byk rambut di bwh selimut, ttp 45 menit ditunggu blm jg dibwkan ganti. ”
