The Fox was has an amazing hot tub area and the parking is easily accessible. Blake at the front desk was truly incredible I would say one of the best customer services I have experienced in all my stays! - I will certainly be back!

Loved the hotel and the hot pool was amazing. There are no robes in the room however, and you must walk outside to get to the hot pools, so make sure to bring something to throw on and slippers/slide/sandles for walking back and forth. We did not realice this and were running in bathingsuits and cowboy boots and uggs as it was the only shoes we packed for our one night stay.

Friendly staff at check-in, liked the suite with its private entrance. it was private and quiet, appreciated the kitchenette in the room. The large hot tub jacuzzi pool with the cave theme at this hotel is nice, creates a unique atmosphere. Ample parking between the underground parking and local streets in the area. Appreciated that the hotel gave out free public transit passes for the days we were there. Could hop on a bus for downtown and not worry about having to find or pay for parking. The only slight negative is that like many hotels who usher through thousands of people, some slight TLC is needed as some items are starting to show wear and tear. Showers in hot tub change rooms need some upgrading (new tile) and in our room the walls had a few nicks, wall paper was separating away from wall, a floor tile in our bathroom was chipped and broken and should be replaced as it could potentially cut someones barefeet. Nothing major, but for the price for a night, these small cosmetic things should be fixed and upgraded over time. However, overall, liked the hotel and would stay again.

We enjoyed dinner at Chilis, which is attached. The pool was unique. However, the room was extremely small. I would not recommend 4 people in a regular hotel room.

Beautiful property, nice deck with great mountain views. Few things that need to be fixed up. The bathroom sink and the bathtub drains were both half clogged, so it would take awhile for them both to drain. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work, and the control panel for the heater in the bathroom didn’t work, the lights were flickering on the panel so I’m thinking it’s a power connection issue. Wall paper had missing pieces all over. The pop vending machine on the parking floor wasn’t working with the tap for payment. I recommend ticketing or towing the people that park and take up 2 spaces in the underground parking, had a mini coup taking up 2 spaces when we were there. Also need to check the hot tub area, no alcohol permitted but multiple people carrying cases of beer in there. It was a lot smaller of a hot tub area than expected. Need to fix up the elevator, it seems tired and sounds horrible, shakes when you get to each floor. Need to update the tv’s, especially in the bedroom. Definitely need to drop the price per night, would be accurate pricing if everything was updated.

Lack of common sense. Most, if not all. Hotel rooms will have a mini bar fridge and a microwave. This one didn’t!!! For $380 per night, you’d think you would get stuff like that in your room. Chilis “the hotel restaurant” was way over priced. The hot tub was cool but you couldn’t see where your walking due to the steam. The reception desk workers were rather rude about some things we needed help with we haven’t really been to Banff in many years. Overall this hotel is not worth your money, also get to use a 80 year old tv that doesn’t point towards your bed. So could t use it unless you want a sore neck. There’s better hotels in Banff. Better than this one.
