“The place is good if you like quite villager style of living. The place is 2-3km off the main road. Only a couple of shops selling sundry goods. If you do not have your own transportation, then it could be problematic. Need to call the owner to fetch you in as he speak good English. To get supplies or food, need to travel a few kilometers to town. The single unit wooden house is the main thing that attracts me but the room is a bit small and crammed. I would expect them to clear the rubbish……

This is our go-to location to stay anytime we are going to be visiting the Takhil District. Checking in on arrival was very easy. Signs are in Thai and English pointing towards the reception center, which was ready for our arrival and had a key waiting for us. “We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights. Thought hotel staffs couldn't undestand English, we tried to communicate with body language and it worked gradually. We also enjoyed travelling to Ayuttaya which is reached by 1 hour train ride.”

“Chose this hotel because of swimming pool. It was 30 mins away from train station , don’t bank on finding a taxi as not really geared up for tourists. Luckily a man in shop called someone who took us to the hotel. We also walked into the town and it took 30 minutes. No poolside chairs for swimming pool so we borrowed a couple from the restaurant which was empty. Got shouted at for doing this and not sure why this was a problem. Hotel a bit tired but overall good value for the money.”
