“Normal hotel next to a busy highway. Barely any hot water for shower. Air conditioner's temperature control doesn't seem to work as it isn't cold even at 18C. Slight amount of dust in the room. No nearby shops or public facilities.”

“On the whole it wasn't a pleasant stay. The phones weren't working and it was a pain reaching the reception and room service. The beds were creaking and making a lot of noise. Pulled down the sheets and slept on the floor whole night. Horrible. Least expected from a hotel of this class. The water pressure was not sufficient too. Couldn't reach the manager too for he was busy in meetings... Only solace was the breakfast spread , which was good. ”

“Rooms are well appointed but not kept clean. Maintenance is lacking. Found a cockroach running all around the room. Spa is in real bad maintenance and very very unclean. To be avoided completely. Unfortunately there are not many choices of good hotels in Hosur so this might still be the best bet.”

“Great hotel located next to a busy highway, possibly the best hotel in Hosur. Points worth noting: 1. Service is impeccable. 2. Got a free upgrade to presidential suite. 3. Large variety of breakfast (mostly Indian dishes), special cook-to-order dishes are available such as omelette. 4. Rooms are slightly dusty. 5. Close to Hosur city center, but not close enough to travel on foot. 6. Swimming pool and gym facilities are present, although I did not use them.”

“The staff, particularly Deva and Shanti, are excellent. The hotel is new so is very clean and well maintained. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because it doesn’t have a restaurant. The staff will arrange to have meals delivered though or there is a good restaurant just 15 minutes walk. minute away. ”
