I have stayed at this hotel many times，I always felt good before，I feel really bad this time，when I check in , I feel haven’t hot water to shower , I ask reception , staff told me they need to fix it after 6pm . After 6 PM is the same. And I called and asked again. the staff said the room all the same but they fix already. So I need to use the cold water to get shower .

Not a 4-Star Hotel, More Like 2 Stars This hotel is definitely not a 4-star experience I would rate it 2 stars at best. The lights in our room kept going out every 5 minutes. The first time it happened was while my wife was in the shower, and she fell because the floor was extremely slippery and there was nothing to hold onto no handle or safety bar. When I asked the front desk for help and requested ice, their response was completely indifferent. Service during our two-week stay was the worst we encountered in Thailand. The front desk staff regularly hung up the phone when we called, even when I was asking for something as basic as ice I had to call three times before they finally sent it. Compared to all the other hotels we stayed at in Thailand where we were greeted warmly with welcome drinks and smiles this place felt cold and unwelcoming. The rooms are run-down, the air conditioning in our room barely worked, and there’s no AC in the hallways or building in general, so it gets very hot. The elevator setup is strange and inefficient. you have to take one elevator to the 12th floor, then switch to another, and only one of the three elevators was working during our stay. (Apparently other reviews also said the elevator issue from months ago) And finally, the worst partI found blood stains on the bedsheets :)Absolutely unacceptable for a 4 star hotel.

Good facilities with pool and bar. Service was ok. It is obviously temporary but there was a serious issue with lifts and only one lift functioning at the time (looks like some maintenance is taking longer than anticipated) which made it very difficult at peak (checkout) times. If you rely on lifts working you may double check with the hotel before confirming or ensure you leave in plenty of time to avoid the queues. Also looks like some lifts go to room floors, some don’t. Somewhat confusing.

I wasn't impressed by the noise, lack of light in the room (there is just a window with artificial light), and that only one elevator out of three were working. It is conveniently located few minutes away walking distance from Chinatown.

During my stay the people next to my room was talking loud even late at night. They also forgot to close their door properly so the alarm sounds was brutal and annoying. On the second the night the staff was able to fix the problem and I had to do it myself as well since I learned the trick.The location is convenient for metro train station and few blocks away to Chinatown which has access to unlimited food stalls, shopping and money changer. The elevator service is kinda odd coz you will be sharing with other tenants in the building. If you’re goal is just to sleep and it suits your budget is place is doable.

地震当日に宿泊しました。 まずお湯が出ない(ぬるま湯よりも水に近い)、フロントへ修理をお願いするも「チェックアウト後にお湯が出ます」とのこと。地震の影響で故障なのか、そもそもお湯が出ないけど治す気が無いのか謎でした。外は暑いけど、熱いシャワーはやっぱり必要です。 建物が古いまま使っているので、廊下部屋がカビ臭い、シャワーの扉無しです。リノベーションしたら素敵なホテルなのに。 フロントは12階、客室は6階から11階、エレベーターの使い方難ありです(1つは全階停止、残り2つは12階から6階まで停止)。 スタッフの方はとても親切でした。 また泊まるかと聞かれたらNOと答えると思う。

Eines der lautesten Hotels in denen wir je waren. Die Ohropax lagen nicht umsonst auf dem Nachttisch, unglaublich wie laut der Strassenlärm in der 9. Etage noch zu hören war und durch die Durchgangsstür zum Nachbarzimmer leider auch die Nachbarn. Zum Glück hatten wir nur für eine Nacht gebucht, Frühstück und Pool waren aber klasse.

We really enjoyed our stay here with out 5 month old. In a great location close to china town. We found access to the hotel a bit odd with check in and reception on the 12th floor . Maintenance taking place on the lifts which became a little confusing to access the right floors. Didnt try breakfast but enjoyed the pool area

Great location close to China Town but not completely in the thick of things. 5-8 min walk max. Convenient for public transport. Good bars and restaurants/eateries in vicinity going from street food vendors to high end dining. Pool area was good. Only negative was metal sun loungers which were not the most comfortable. Food in restaurant was very good quality however I only had snack/lunch there. Good value for beer and food as well. Breakfast was adequate but was include in the price so no complaints. Room was generally in good condition. A little aged in places but nothing dramatic. I stayed in the Millennium Hilton the same week and it wasn’t much better. Bathroom was clean. Good products. Wonderful shower pressure. Much better than the Hilton. Overall very good value for the money. If you want to stary in the China Town area of Bangkok no hesitation in recommending.

The layout of the hotel made getting to our room inconvenient. We had to take one elevator to the 12th floor and then find another elevator to reach our room. Although we booked a city-view room, the noise from traffic was disruptive. Additionally, the air conditioning system was quite loud, which affected our overall comfort.
