“This is the place best to stay if you want to get away in the peace and quiet of rural Wisconsin. Larry and LuAnn greeted us with a warm welcome when we arrived, and it felt like we'd known them forever. The space was comfortable for the 4 of us, with ample room to make meals, lots of windows to see the beautiful countryside (and watch the storms come in!), comfortable beds...I could go on...a place to grill, a fire pit...Check-in and check-out was easy. I highly recommend this place for……

“Great base to enjoy nature, quiet surroundings, and easy access to the Viroqua vicinity. Barred Owls called multiple evenings and mornings. Great deck to hang out on with coffee and binoculars. Cabin was clean and cozy with all the cooking supplies one would need for meals. (also, good tasting water from the tap)”

“Very EZ check-in. All the rooms were very clean & there were some treats on the kitchen table. Appliances too numerous to mention. There were more towels than were needed. The only thing missing was food.We would highly recommend this rental. ”

“This property is wonderful. The outdoor space is perfect and allows for ample access to enjoy your surroundings. Check-in was beyond easy and the space was set up with everything we needed for our stay. The lake water was a little murky, but it seems it depends heavily on which way the wind is coming from, just like any other body of water. Overall, we definitely recommend this property.
