"It is not where it says on the map. I turned up expecting to be in actual Banjul but I was somewhere miles away. They didn't have any rooms even though I was booked in. Took me to another place that was nicer but again, not in the location it said."

"Service for issues was slow, took 4 days to connect tv and there was only one reastraunt to choose from for meals. I stayed 10 days and the menu got boring by day 5.
