“Proche du zénith de Toulouse nous avons choisi cet hôtel avec parking sur réservation afin de poser notre véhicule et ne plus le bouger. L’hôtel est super : propre, personnel accueillant, belle deco et à 5mn à pied du zénith. Quartier vivant car juste à coté nous avons pu profiter des halles magnifiques ! Je recommande vivement ”

“Mathilde was extremely helpful during our entire (albeit short) stay. My partner had difficulty with the stairs due to a recent operation and Mathilde was able to give us a room with easier access. Without being asked. I would definitely recommend staying here. ”

“This hotel is great. Really liked the neighborhood and decor. The parking garage is a half block away. Big underground public garage. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Decor is cool. Just felt like a nice place to be. ”

“Security exceeds our expectations, as guests have to ask the reception to open the front door via the speaker before checking in, and to beep the room cards before entering the hotel after checking in. Room is large, cosy and clean overall. However, one of the two TVs cannot receive signals, and there's leftovers by previous guests in the fridge-freezer. It's nice to swim in the swimming pool, and it'll be better if the adjacent jacuzzi works. Overall speaking, booking a room with……

“We felt very welcome by the young man who received us upon check in. Then everything seemed to be too much trouble for the staff. I was told only one cleaner to clean the hotel. Everything you asked seemed to be asking for a favour. No service at all and definitely not a 4 star. More like an inn than a hotel. Breakfast wasn’t good neither. Only the location. ”

“Located right in the city centre, easily accessed from underground or Uber . Breakfast and service are good. Bedrooms are clean. ”

“It was a great spot to be able to go out and back from hotel exploring all there is to see in Toulouse. Minutes from where you'd meet for bus tours, walking tours, or your own tourist interests. No elevators but I think thats probably more normal than not in these smaller European hotels. ~20 minute uber from airport. ”
