“Leggett looks fresher than when we stayed in 2022. Had a great time in Dillon. Had a sucessful hunt. The coffee maker is not quite hot enough, but not really a big deal. Hope to stay here again in the future.”

“Very clean and well kept. The property manager did a great job of communicating with us. We chose this property as our 9 nine day big game hunting “base camp”. It met or exceeded all of our expectations. We would definitely recommend it for a couple of adults or a small family.”

“While there were a few hiccups with the rooms. Judd made it right and worked with me, my brother and his wife. He was always had open communication and did everything he could to make the stay pleasant. If your looking for fancy this isnt the place...BUT it is comfortable and perfecr for couples, or professionals. I loved the stay and will stay again.”

“Very clean, nice welcome bottle of wine, the hot tub was excellent for relaxing those muscles after hours of hiking the nearby mountains.”

“This house was great for three couples for a nice weekend in Dillon. The house was so comfy and clean! The beds were awesome, the kitchen was well stocked and the location was great for walking to Safeway or dowtown for the Labor Day festivities. We would definitely stay here again! ”

“I'm a single woman over 65 and I felt safe on this property. Bed was comfortable and the shared bath not a problem for me. There is no on site parking. It's either the street or as I found, a lot up the block. There were no instructions available for accessing the internet and impossible to get a response to my email, and the TV/Netflix didn't work. But then, that may have been operator error. That being said, I would stay here again. It fit my needs for a very short stay. ”
