Welcome to The Mountain Laurel. Don't forget to bring your skis, mountain bike, fishing pole, and camera as you experience all that the High Country has to offer. This house is perfectly located between the two premier NC ski resorts (Beech and Sugar). In addition, you will be close to numerous wineries & breweries, restaurants, and shops. Our house, located in a quaint mountain neighborhood, is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea from your private balcony while taking in the beautiful views of Beech Mountain. The house is well stocked with everything to make your stay enjoyable. We highly recommend you check out Tate-Evans Park (babbling brook, playground, picnic area, outdoor amphitheater, etc.) and downtown Banner Elk via the beautiful greenway trail. After a day on the slopes or hiking one of the numerous trails, make sure to unwind in the hot tub. This house offers plenty of space for your group to relax and unwind. *We strive to be fully transparent with our guests. There is an in in owners in-law suite that is occupied on this property located downstairs. The units are completely separate, no shared amenities or entry access points. You will have full private access of the entire rental unit upstairs, front and back decks, hot tub and backyard. There are parking spots in the large driveway reserved for the in-law suite- we ask that you do not block or park in these spaces as they are clearly marked.
