“We were very happy to come across this gem late in our Lombok trip! The rental was a newly built and well furnished 2 bedroom apartment in a peaceful tucked away road to Setangi Beach. The a/c worked well and the apartment was spacious. “Just in case you didn't receive feedback about our arrival at the villa I'd like to update you. When we arrived staff were so surprised to see us as they said they had not received notification from Stayz that we were arriving. I spoke to Icak & luckily they didn't have a booking until the 1st August. We then disappeared for three hours while they cleaned the villa. It did look lovely when we returned. Great location and would normally be okay

"Was ok until the unfortunate passengers who’d been rerouted from Bali all descended on our hotel. The hotel was just not capable of dealing with such demand and traffic so service was incredibly slow and disorganised. They ran out of food and they ran out of alcohol."
