“Perfect for those who care a lot about hygiene Close to Metro (5 min walk) What a pity that the location is not close to major touristy / business districts (30-45 min to commute with metro / taxi) Other than that mostly good and up to standards as a 4/5 star hotel and Hyatt brand”

“多年前住過因為經驗不錯才再算這裡。 不過這次有幾點要反饋： 1. 大堂雖有三台升降機，但很多時候要等幾分鐘才可以上下樓 2. 房間裡的保險箱完全鬆脫 3. 電熨斗使用時會漏水 4. 房間隔音不好，能在走廊經過其他房間裏的講話，或者在房內聽到外面的人說話 5. 房間浴室沒有提供棉花棒和梳子 要讚： 1. 房間還算整潔 2. 前台和客房清潔的員工服務非常好 3. 餐廳食物不錯”

“The check in lady was not friendly and just had a sour look on her face as she checked is in the gloomy entrance with no light on. The hangout room was disheveled. All night guests were loud with knocking, telling, talking etc all hours of the night. The walls in the rooms were extremely thin. Left sleepy the next day and had to wait 15 minutes for the desk clerk to come and take our key... Others just checked out and left the key behind”
