This desirable Bar Harbor townhome offers an open floor plan and a fantastic location, just 10 minutes from downtown Bar Harbor and a mere 2 minutes from Hadley Point Beach. Built in 2006, this well-maintained home boasts wood floors on the first level and a welcoming atmosphere. One of only two units in the building, this spacious home is situated in a quiet area, removed from the hustle and bustle, yet still provides easy access to everything Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park have to offer. During the season, the free Island Explorer bus provides convenient transportation to downtown and the park, as well as a ride back to your peaceful retreat. This well-maintained home is also within walking distance of a beach and close to the dining, shopping, and trails of Acadia. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a garage. Window air conditioners ensure your comfort during the summer months.
Venture out and explore the nearby attractions, including the Bar Harbor Whale Watching tour, just a 13-minute drive away, and the Acadia National Park Visitors Center, just 15 minutes from your doorstep. Ad did not totally give a good description

Never mentioned that there were many steep stairs not conducive to the elderly or physically unable to go upstairs to the bedrooms and showers. No safety bars in bathrooms or porch. We never were required to strip beds and bring bed linens down stairs before Leaving. We were very uncomfortable as one member of our group had to sleep on the couch and could not get a shower so we left a day early.

First time to Maine

Our host dialed up great weather for us and the location of the home was central to us enjoying the national park. Easy for us to drive to all parts of Acadia. Able to get to different activities from this spot as well.

Weather was not ideal and not all businesses open yet which is fine with me - no crowds to deal with. Went to Bar Harbor to relax and have been to Bar Harbor many a times in the past - first time using VRBO. Will visit Bar Harbor again, God willing.

Fantastic place to unwind

We stayed at the property while enjoying the hiking around Acadia. It was the perfect spot to come back and relax in after a long day of hiking. It’s close enough to Bar Harbor to reach fairly quickly, and there is a great nearby grocery store. During the summer it’s also near a putt putt, winery, and brewery.

The property was as advertised and Veena, contact person, was a pleasure to work with. The unit is located on a short cut-de-sac and very quiet. It is a short drive from Acadia and downtown Bar Harbor. We will certainly stay here on our next visit to the island.

The was a very convenient and comfortable stay. We had 5 adults staying. The kitchen is well stocked and had a large pot for lobster boiling that we took advantage of!

As comfortable as being at home!

We stayed an entire week while vacationing in the area. The house is well located between Bar Harbor/Acadia and Ellsworth allowing us to shop, eat and go sight seeing easily. It is also a quick walk to a winery for a tasting and you can flag down the free bus to go where you need to without driving and paying for parking. The house has everything you need for any member of the family with extra easily accessible. If we don't stay there again we will definitely recommend it to friends.

Relaxing and Great Location

Girls first trip to Maine and Acadia was awesome. The house was clean and spacious, away from the busy BH. The drive to Acadia is about 10-15 minutes, easy to be there early. A good location to explore Bar Harbor town (15-30 min) and surrounding locations. Also close to Trenton for restaurants, little less crowded than BH. There is also a winery about 5 minutes from the house. The Chart House was delicious also. I would recommend the house and stay again!

Excellent stay near Bar Harbor

This property was exactly as pictured in the ad. Plenty of amenities such as towels, wash clothes, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap etc. Was conveniently near Arcadia park and about 6 miles from Bar Harbor. Property manager quickly answered any question that arose during our visit. I would recommend to family and friends.
