“Overall, the property was really clean and somewhat updated. The kitchen was dated but was serviceable and met our needs. The second bathroom off of the master had no door, so that was a bit odd. The biggest issue was that it was the bottom floor of a duplex and there was a lot of noise (heavy footsteps, some pounding at one point) from upstairs that was quite disruptive. “We had no problem accessing the property even with all the construction going on with I 25 in the area. It is nicely located along the Platte River. The property looked clean and well kept. Our main down side was the room was cold as an ice box when we went in. The heater was pathetic and the room did not get warm until we went to breakfast the next morning. I had to cover my wife with all the towels from the bathroom to keep her warm in bed. ”
