“Had to have the person behind the desk clean the room again. She was great and tried to make it right. We asked the host for a refund when we got there and he emailed me back saying vrbo wouldn't let him according to the rules and to get ahold of them. There were crumbs on the floor, hairs on the sheets, and the bathroom sink was dirty. Isabella was a Rockstar though and tried her best.”

“The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Communication was not as expedient as I required but eventually my concerns were addressed. My gripe is with VRBO. Extra fees added to what I thought was a fair price resulted in doubling the cost and making the stay out of my budget. Also the "free water park passes" were not available and haven't been since 2020.”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better house for our family vacation. We traveled from Arkansas and Indiana to spend a week together in the Wisconsin Dells area. The house had plenty of space and amenities to keep us all happy when we were at “home”. The pool table and ping pong table were a huge hit! The house was well stocked and our host was quick to respond anytime we reached out. We would definitely stay here again!”

“We had five couples in town for a ski vacation and the house was perfect. Good layout for entertaining and this is our favorite house in the neighborhood so far. Tumble Rock nearby is a must visit. Great hosts!”
