“Loved the entire stay! The Common Place social club is also amazing - the food is great. ”

“The elevator was dirty, smelled terrible. Someone out there finger print and smear something all over the walls. The bathroom no tub. The view was terrible, I couldn't tell if it was sunny outside or rain. No room cleaning neither for the first day. In my opinion, it need several upgrades from tile on elevator floor and more. The rooftop was dirty with trash and cigarettes butts every where. I couldn't believe what I saw. ”

“This spot was great!! God distance from bourbon street. Felt like home away from home. Only thing was the noise from nearby construction. Very loud in the morning to noon hours but nothing this property can control. So no complaint here! ”

“Prime location. Stayed there 4 weeks, different suite every 2 weeks. The suite facing O Keefe Ave was noisy at times with the sirens blaring from fire, police, etc, at 9 floors above ground. The other suite I had looked toward the east, toward the NOLA slyline, was quieter, was 11 floors high above the street. First time ever I experienced contactless check-in, check-out, had no major problems. Stylish spaces, looks larger than it is, and the home amenities allowed me to cook good food.”

“Great location and reasonable price, although there is no front desk people, the online chat is nice and efficient. The only problem is no place to store luggage temporarily. The check out time is 10AM, if you have a late afternoon flight, that will be very troublesome. Since there is lots of space in the first floor, I suggest them to place some coin lockers for the guests. Overall, it is a nice place and I will consider to stay there again.”
