Dotato di 2 ingressi indipendenti e soprattutto di un immenso giardino e frutteto, completamente recintato, in cui il nostro cane si perdeva.. Immersa nella campagna mantovana, in una zona ricca di paesini molto belli da esplorare (su tutti Borghetto S/M e Valeggio) e soprattutto vicinissima al lago di Garda, cui dista 10-15 min di auto.
