“this property is fantastic! It is even better than the description!”

“We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent……

“We had a great time staying here . Its located in the middle of the national forest so theres not much around. Very rural and quiet. Theres a few different springs in the area that are absolutely beautiful. We got to see deer,turkey and even a bear. The host were amazing. We had great communication with them and they were very nice”

“We stayed at this house when I daughter was married several years ago. The house is comfortable , very clean and well appointed. We love the location since it is walkable to restaurants, the museum and interesting shops downtown. ”

“Four girls spent a long weekend at The Little Lake House and it was just perfect. The House is beautifully decorated and had all the things you could ever ask for. We really enjoyed a kayak trip one morning and evenings on the dock with wine.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Josh’s place. The house is absolutely beautiful, fully renovated, and everything feels clean and fresh. It’s so peaceful by the water, which made the whole trip really relaxing. The theater room was awesome, such a fun space to hang out. Josh was a great host, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. You can tell he cares about making sure his guests have a great experience. We’d definitely stay again.”

“We just returned from a wonderful week at this beautiful 3Br 2Ba home in Orange City, FL, and we can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the lovely appointments and cozy feel of the house. It truly felt like a home away from home.We specifically chose this VRBO rental because it was dog-friendly, and it certainly delivered! Our four dachshunds absolutely loved the spacious, fenced-in yard. They had plenty of room to run, play, and sniff to their heart's……

“My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The action on the water in front of the property was surprisingly quiet. The large yard and dock pleased us. And the sunsets were unbelievable. We both slept great the whole two weeks.The only down side is that the bathrooms are very small. I really like the new kitchen, we prepared most of our meals and had plenty of space.”

“Loved the convenience of the location to the river and Lake George. The house was small but very comfortable. We really weren’t in it much anyway. Was able to launch my 22’ boat from the ramp but it was tricky for a boat that size. We didn’t retrieve the boat there because of the drop off; public ramp was really close by. Everyone slept great in the beds and Maria was an awesome Communicator. Hope to go back some day!”
