Well before making the reservation we called at the hotel that we need the room to be side by side or infront of each other as we got kids in a separate room and it would be good. We were made sure that it will be done and we can book the room. I had been communicating with the hotel via expedia messges and staff responded always postitve. On the day we reached we found out the rooms are on two different ends on the same floor. Before making reservations we also asked that we need separated invoice for both rooms and they said yes it is possible and we should speak to manager . On the day the guy at the reception was not belpful at all infact had a very changed tone . For an hour of arguments nothing was solved we were put in the distant rooms. Rest the room has good views Breakfast was good value Cleanings are at the 5 star There is no kettle in room And if you ask them empty plates they want uou to pay 3 euros as per which was ridiculous. Good points they let us check out late greatful for them Over all staff is good but i love the ladies who clean the rooms . They deserve bonus.

The Hotel Barcelona Princess was extremely good value for the cost paid. The staff were friendly and attentive especially Roberto, Ryan and Francesca in the Lobby Bar. The hotel facilities were second to none with two swimming pools, an excellent full service restaurant and wellness spa. The hop on, hop off city tour bus stopped right outside the hotel which was a convenient and cost effective way to see everything Barcelona had to offer. Our room was comfortable and generous in size. Our stay was awesome and we will definitely return sometime in the future.

Stayed here for 4 nights - great hotel lovely breakfast. Outside of the main area which we loved and transport links were perfect with a five mins walk to Tram/Metro. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay - the staff were friendly and the hotel had everything we needed. The pools were lovely and warm (in April) and not too crowded during the time we were there. The sauna was a great addition too. It’s right next to a great shopping centre with loads of food options, and a short walk to a lovely beach, as well as close to team, metro and bus stops into the city centre. We also stayed during the electricity blackout, and need not have worried as the hotel ran a backup generator to ensure there was a working lift, rooms and safes were accessible, hot food was available, you could charge your phone downstairs in the lobby and an ATM was on hand to get cash out which eased our stress a lot. The only complaints we had were the room had a bad smell quite a bit of the time, but this weirdly stopped when the electricity went off - we wonder whether it’s something to do with a ventilation system, but we’ve also seen other reviews mention this. The lifts were also very slow during busy times, so leave plenty of time to get downstairs if you’ve got somewhere to be! Overall though, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return next time we visit Barcelona.

We had a family break, 14 YO and 12 YO The hotel room setup meant we had to take two rooms and there's no adjoining rooms There's 4 or 5 different dining options and I was staggered to see each had a different menu. We only ate at the lobby bar and no complaints. The cocktails are great. Usual wait for lifts but nothing bad to say A pool wasn't a priority but they have two. 23rd floor one is always super busy. 3rd floor one was fine for me and my daughter to swim. The rooms are a good specification, comfortable beds, nice shower and wc in separate rooms. Location is away from most of the better dining options and the main sites. Google led us to some very dingy areas looking for food. Metro is essential. Super close to the better beaches.

Just returned from a brilliant week at the Barcelona Princess. The hotel was very modern and impeccably clean and staff were all very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the complimentary water and drinks in the mini bar. The rooftop pool was heated and had amazing views over Barcelona. The location of the hotel was perfect with the shopping mall next door and metro close by, on a direct line to the city centre. There is also a beach only a few minutes walk away. The only aspect of our stay I could fault is that I would have liked more privacy in the bathroom. I'd prefer it to have been completely closed off.

Alles super, ausser der Pool auf dem Dach, konnten wir leider nicht nutzen da er sehr sehr dreckig war. Schade. Ansonsten alles in einem empfehlenswert.
