I travel frequently and this was by far my favorite place to stay. The top floor room with a private patio was amazing. We were in the bustle of the city but it was very quiet in our room. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, cafe and restaurants were nearby. The entrance was a bit strange, like walking into an apartment building, the front desk office was on 2nd F. The room was small, decorated nicely, and very clean. There was no telephone in the room so anything you need to go down by steps or by small elevator (which a lot of time was occupied by cleaning staff working to get to different floors) to 2nd F to ask. First day checked in, I sensed the management preferred you were self-helped sort of guests. Everything we had to figure out by ourselves. The soap bottle couldn't punch out, tried turning a few times still not working, no telephone to ask, the cleaning staff in the hallway refused to come in to help, walked 5 floors to the front desk, back to the room and tried again and finally made it worked. It was new bottle got stuck. They didn't bother to open it for new arrival so we had to fight to figure out. Same as toilet paper, it was a new roll hanging there with wrapping paper still attached to it. The next day we found out we could contact the front desk through a website/link but none of them told us the info when we checking. We travel a lot and stayed in Marriott brand many times, this DIY experience was eye-open. That was our first day. After that day, for next 3 days everything was okay. Consider it was a Marriott brand, and the room rate we paid was more than other 4 stars hotels, I was disappointed by the service, but other than tha

The room was clean and comfortable for the amount of time that we stayed - 2 nights. BUT.....it was dark. The bathroom was dark - our view was ugh......pipes!!! There was no closet. The most annoying was that there was no lobby to hang out in while you waited for your room to be ready. Great views from rooftop at breakfast.

Wonderful 6th floor room with Superking bed, excellent aircon and large terrace with loungers. Great reception staff. Restaurant has perfect rooftop position but disinterested staff. No drinks' service to general terrace it seemed. Breakfast uninspired .Local restaurants excellent.

Metro L1 Universitat direkt gegenüber von Hotel, somit beste Anbindung zu Flughafen, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand. Einzelzimmer wie auf dem Bild, wirklich schön, vor allem das Badezimmer mit den Mosaikfliesen. Reinigungspersonal beginnt erst ab 9 Uhr morgens, sehr gut, hatte Nicht stören-Schild hängen, wurde eingehalten, aber war am Flur etwas laut beim Putzen und Reden. Einen Tag nach Aufenthaltsende wurden 2 Flaschen Wasser aus Minibar abgebucht, obwohl ich den Wasserspender am Flur genutzt hatte, nach Abklärung wurden diese wieder gutgeschrieben.

Loved my stay at Sonder! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the hotel is located near many things to do. The only thing I wish they offered was an area where guests could lounge in, nonetheless I loved it and highly recommend.

This is a nice hotel but it there are some areas of it that could do with being upgraded slightly. It’s in a good location, close to the main shopping, historical and dining options. The young man we dealt with very early on the morning of our arrival was very helpful, however the promised message to let us know our room was ready wasn’t forthcoming which was disappointing. Overall though it was a nice place and fine for a few nights.

We had a lovely stay. Our room was lovely and clean and it was situated in a lovely part of Barcelona. A very disappointing part of our stay was our visit to the restaurant on the rooftop. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, they told us the rooftop was full, there were two tables full out of the whole restaurant and then tucked us away in the back of the terrace where no one came to take our order and we were left there for 20 minutiae. After that we left, so I would I recommend not visiting there if you want to have a nice time.

For a “4 star” hotel they didn’t even have a shower cap available in the room. Very few towels. Poor communication with staff.They didn’t have a phone available in the room and they didn’t tell me how to communicate with the front desk from the room. They charge me twice for taxes and I haven’t received a refund. It was clean and a good location.
