I stayed at the Barcelona hotel and, unfortunately, was very disappointed. Although the hotel presents itself as a 5-star establishment, the service was far from that standard.
First of all, it's important to note that the rooms are located in a separate building — a residence — which doesn't offer the same level of hotel service. To get to the room, I had to go outside, take two elevators, and walk through corridors — it took around 5 minutes each time.
The main issue was the lack of proper housekeeping. Every day, I called reception multiple times requesting clean towels, but nothing was done. Throughout my entire stay, the towels were never changed, and no one cleaned the room despite my repeated requests.
I also had problems with the room key — twice it stopped working, and I had to return to the reception to get a new one.
However, I must say that the breakfast was excellent — one of the best I’ve ever had.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone expecting quality service.
