I would like to share my disappointment regarding the service we received from one of the night shift reception staff. We had booked a triple room with an extra bed, and were informed earlier that the room would be fully prepared by the time we returned in the evening. Unfortunately, when we arrived back, the extra bed had not been set up.
We raised this issue with the reception, and were told to change rooms. However, even in the new room, the extra bed was still not arranged. We explained that since the extra bed needed to be set up by housekeeping, it would be more convenient to prepare it in the room we had already checked into. Despite this, the staff insisted we move to another room, requiring us to repack all of our belongings unnecessarily.
What was even more disappointing was the staff member’s attitude. He spoke to us in a raised voice and claimed that we should be blaming his colleagues instead of him, saying he was trying to "help"—when in fact, his actions made the situation more frustrating. His tone and unwillingness to listen were unprofessional and unacceptable.
We hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and provides better training to ensure future guests receive the service and respect they deserve.
