“It was an awesome stay we loved the couple days we got to spend there!!”

“This cottage is right at the waterfall (a spillway) at one end of a beautiful rustic enclave with a stream and pond. It's equipped with many outdoor amenities including a barbecue, firepit, deck, and Adirondack chairs. The inside is tastefully furnished, well lit, has modern appliances, and come with cooking staples and condiments, as well as welcome snacks. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. We have family in the area, and they were very impressed too.”

“The house was beautifully decorated and furnished well. We enjoyed the large kitchen. The host responded to questions quickly and well. It is a beautiful region. Views were lovely, and roads and driveway were scraped of snow before we had time to think about it. ”

“Great quiet neighborhood, but this is only part of the home (1st floor, basement, and part of the 2nd floor) and the people upstairs are stepping loudly late into the night. The 3rd bathroom is in the basement with no shower curtain and a shower head that must be held during your entire shower. It was the 1 room that was actually dirty and I cleaned it before we used it. Internet info was inaccurate but provided when we requested. TV instructions lacking. Plenty of room for hanging out and……

“Ok, the house is lovely. The pool is great. The host was a responsive and clear communicator. However, - the stove was broken. The oven door was locked and the electric igniter would click constantly even if we were not using the range. - the kitchen is not well equipped for cooking. The only two pans were tiny omelette pans. The toaster is broken. - the awning on the porch doesn’t work which seemed east enough to fix. - several of the beds are very uncomfortable - I disclosed when booking……

“Stayed for three nights. The communication from the host was excellent. There were some minor issues to get clarity on and the host even called to resolve quickly . Check in and out went smoothly. The house was very clean. Spacious three bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had all the appliances and cooking/eating utensils to work with. The bathrooms were beautifully updated.The neighborhood was very nice.Need attention: In the kitchen there were no pot or dish soap, nor were there……
