"All the reception, cleaning and breakfast staff were exceptional. The only thing that spoilt the stay was the area which was beyond the control of the hotel. There was a noisy club next door and on one night there football celebrations with fireworks that would equal Disneyland set off in the street ..."

"We spent our 1st night here as a stop before moving on to our next destination. Due to unforeseen circumstances we didn't get to our next stop and we liked this hotel so much we returned and are staying for the full duration of our holiday"

"A gorgeous, quiet, very small hotel in an old palace just off one of the main Lucca streets. We had a large twin room with a lot of character and a good bathroom.
