Nobody answered emergency call number via Whars Up. Nobody gave wi fi password for 4 days. Just after numerous requests via messaging received it the last day 4 of our 5 days stay. Never going back…

1. I didn’t receive advance instr on entrance code 6 digits long, b/w heavy luggage & remembering, im out, so stressful. 2, Gorgeous but No HOT water. Called them lots of times b4 they suggested to move me to diff unit, 3 miles away. they suggested I call taxi, will reimburse me later. For a foreigner wd limited cash it’s stressful, taxis does’t accept cr card. 3. They told me tx be there in 10min but end up 30min. 4. Stressful, a lot of disconnect, no instruction on how to exit the gate. 5. No auto connect to WIFI. 6. The operator keeps addressing me as Marie Christine even after correcting her, 7. They shouldn’t rent this unit knowing there’s multiple problems within. 8. The mgr however we’re very kind but the stress& inconveniences overpower kindness. 8. Thank you

Service minimum, chambre conforme malgré soucis
La chambre était conforme. Par contre, surpris qu'il n'y ai personne pour remettre les clés. Tout s'est fait avec whatsapp (checking, code la porte, taxe séjour ...). Pas sure que cela puisse marcher pour tout le monde. Mauvais ponts : pas d'eau chaude et la fenêtre basculante ne pouvait pas se fermer (problème électrique surement). Bref, une nuit blanche avec le vacarme à l'extérieur.
