“La chambre était conforme. Par contre, surpris qu'il n'y ai personne pour remettre les clés. Tout s'est fait avec whatsapp (checking, code la porte, taxe séjour ...). Pas sure que cela puisse marcher pour tout le monde. Mauvais ponts : pas d'eau chaude et la fenêtre basculante ne pouvait pas se fermer (problème électrique surement). Bref, une nuit blanche avec le vacarme à l'extérieur.”

“We were under the impression that there were 2 double beds, 1 in each room but the other room had 2 single beds, not what we were expecting. We did have a great time in Bari. The host was very accommodating as we were later getting to our destination than expected. ”

“Leonardo and his wife are very friendly and always happy to support their guests. The house is in a good condition and provides everything a tourist could need. There is a pretty garden with a super large terrace under big trees which provides enormous space. The only thing we would recommend to improve are the lamps in the living room and the kitchen. They are equipped with bulbs which emit a very cold light. Using warm light bulbs would create a more cosy atmosphere. The area and the……

“Despite the name - there is no luxury! Clean yes, but badly planned space with no decor - plastic covered mattress that caved in the middle. Chemical smell everywhere. It’s basically a two roomed apartment divided into a”luxury suite!!!” Where you share a kitchen and a security can watches! Cheaply appointed - not even proper curtains to block out light. No coffee, and cleaners waiting at your door while you’re trying too get ready to leave. Bad communication from property. Avoid at all costs!”

“The apartment is over four floors and is well furnished. There are no personal effects giving it a clean and sterile feeling. The online system for checking in is clunky and slow. Certainly not ideal when the inficould be provided well in advance , not when waiting to get in. Unfortunately there were roadworks at the front door, builders materials in the front lobby and scaffolding in the second lobby. Communicating this in advance would lessen the negative impact. Comms seems to be via AI……

“The location of the ground floor Lullaby room(s) could not better. It’s in a grand old building, with a row of restaurants and the new city out the front door and the old town out the back door. The main bedroom, with bathroom, is extremely comfortable. The other room serves as dining room and smaller, second bedroom, also with bathroom. The high, vaulted ceilings in both rooms are amazing. We had a lovely stay at the Lullaby Room over three days in late April.”
