“We had an enjoyable time at Bowman’s Beach Cottage. The neighborhood was very pleasant, we enjoyed our morning coffee while sitting on the beach, and the view of the river and mountains was beautiful!”

“We had a great time overall. Unfortunately one of the reasons we chose this listing was the pool table shown in photos (our sons loved the one in our previous vrbo) - but it wasn’t actually on site. Also I believe the thermostat on the hot tub is broken as it was too hot to use even at its lowest setting. The forced air in the home is also VERY loud and woke us up even more than the passing train horns did. All that said we had a good time and would return if the hot tub was serviced by a……

“My husband and I stayed for a quiet weekend getaway, and the property was absolutely perfect! The cabin was clean with updated furnishings and a working kitchen. The hot tub was clean, the path to the river was so cute with lights lining the way, and the space near the river was something from a dream. While the cabin is a part of a community, it felt very secluded in the trees and we hardly heard anyone else. We are already planning a trip back!”

“I came for a ski weekend with 5 teen boys. It was perfect. The boys all had beds upstairs (5 beds) and I slept in the bedroom downstairs. The kitchen and dining area was perfect for preparing meals and the hot tub was a huge plus. Brought the dog who could play in backyard and took lovely walks around neighborhood. about 20-25 minutes to the ski area. The cabin is not isolated in the woods. There are neighbors right next door but very friendly. ”

“So peaceful! Plenty of space for two couples and two dogs had a blast. The community beach was just a short walk and very pretty. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and sauna very much. The beds were comfy. Only thing I would say is the upstairs bedroom gets very bright in the morning. Bring a sleep.mask if you are sensitive to that. Worked for me! Plenty of towels and a well stocked kitchen. We would definitely rent again!”

“I wanted a quiet spot to reconnect with self and nature, and this place not disappoint. The scenery and river view were fantastic for meditation and day dreaming. The cabin was cozy and clean. The stair case up to the bed was a really tight squeeze, so I left most of my belongings downstairs. Bring wood to make a fire. I was fortunate enough somone left a few pieces behind. I look forward to returning again!”
