“The staff are helpful and responsive, and everything in this hotel meets a 5-star standard, except the pool is a bit small. Much appreciated and highly recommended.”

“Overall the room is quiet and clean and bright. It is relatively small but enough for two people to stay. No chair or table is a downside. Due to the design of the shower room, there is leakage of water from the shower room. Free parking close to city area is a plus”

“The room window isn’t sound proof; the first room I was staying looking at the main road, the noise from outside traffic came into the room. The hotel needs to do more for it. Whereas, the staff are very helpful to find another room facing backyard for me to change. ”

“Location is very good, convenient. I stayed for 9nights, but no wifi almost 2 days. Staffs are nice. I requested to change towels daily; however, end up I have to call & wait for towels every day.”

“因為同行有人士是吸煙的，在網上看到此酒店有提供吸煙房間才打算預訂此酒店, 後來CHECK IN時才被告知現在全澳洲的酒店都已經是禁煙的了, 雖然掃興但很明白此點是為大眾著想, 但希望能於網頁上更新一下資料以免其他旅客有所誤會。 除了以上問題, 整體來說酒店是不錯的, 會推薦給朋友。”

“Overall very nice stay. Location: Close to King’s Park and Elisabeth Quay Station. About 10 mins walk to the malls and CBD. Room is spacious and clean. Very comprehensive setup for the kitchen. Good room service, just need to ask the receptionist for replacement. 2 setbacks. First is the second bedroom. Only window, no fans or aircon in the room. It’s very hot in summer especially if there is heatwave. Yes there’s air con in the living room but the cold air can’t really circulate into the room.……

“Well though out space. Accommodate my family of 5 easily. Good kitchenette facilities that enabled us to have a couple of simple meals in the comfort of our own home away from home. If anything could be improved, they could install better shower doors as the water from the rain shower kept splashing out. ”
