“Very cozy”

“Wonderful location! Small, but just what we needed.”

“Stayed one night on September 27th, 2025. Was able to check in early and had bags personally delivered to our room. Once we finally got a hold of the owner Geraldine, she was very friendly and helpful. The room was very cozy and secluded and amenities were very good. Would not recommend for elderly or very obese people as the steps up to the bathroom were tight and steep but once you get there the bathroom was very clean and well maintained. Air conditioning worked very well and was needed as……

“This house is loaded with activities, inside and out. The rooms were comfortable and amenities were great. Overall it was a really fun place to hang out and kept a large group busy for the weekend. Highly recommended! ”

“The place was super clean well kept. Safe area lots of things to do and see. There is a sing seat by the river watch is magical. The inn keeper is so humble and kind. She is very Accompadating. And there is a trian ride that takes you to Jim Thorne. Will definitely be back again in October for the fall festival and the changing of the leaves.”

“This property was a great place to stay. It was very clean and was nicely furnished including an arcade game which was fun. It’s very close to Jim Thorpe and was walkable to several restaurants. I was in town for a Reading & Northern train ride and it’s only about 15 minutes from the train station in Nesquehoning. I will definitely try to stay here again in the future if I’m in the area. ”

“We enjoyed our stay here. Great local to walk or drive into town. I didn't realize we had to walk upstairs to get to the apartment. However, we were all people physically capable to do so. Home was very clean and comfortable. Love the convenience of a washer and dryer. If you plan on cooking your meals. Great counter space and outdoor grill. Didn't see a grill brush though to clean the grates. We made so though. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent from you.……

“Perfect for our weekend trip! This place was clean, comfortable, and homey. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the screen house and even saw some deer! The location was great for our trip to Hawk Mountain and we also went to Jim Thorpe for lunch and the scenic railway ride. We would love to come back again sometime!”
