“We have been going up to this area in NH for the past 10 years for Super Bowl weekend and have rented from various places. This cabin was a fantastic experience for a family of 9 adults and our pup! Beautiful place! By far our best rental! Plenty of space for all of us and cozy! Bethlehem was such a great little town, Rek-lis Brewing is exceptional, fantastic food! “I can't say enough great things about this beautiful home and Tim the property manager who made our check in very easy and always there when we had questions or suggestions on restaurants in the area. The location in Franconia was very convenient to 93, getting to Bretton Woods and also the Ice Castles in Lincoln. Everything was about 20-30 minutes from the house. “We loved this house by the pictures. However it seems unfinished to be a guest house for people who ski. There is no place to put or hang any of your ski gear. Making us walk on their hardwood floor seemed not thought out. There is not enough seating in the living room for everyone to sit comfortably or even put down a drink, the deck had more seating but it is winter. There is only 1 heating zone. So we couldn’t use the large room in the basement because it was to cold while the 2nd floor……

“The house is lovely, spacious and clean. The wood stove throws excellent heat. The doors and windows are on the older side, and we felt that when it was 6 degrees this morning and it took a while for the heat to catch up. Would stay again, maybe not in another blizzard ”

“The property and views were exceptional! Very clean, well maintained and welcoming. The managers do a great job with supplying the essentials and left a welcome basket (which we all enjoyed). Communication with Don was excellent! He responded within minutes to all my questions and was very friendly and accommodating. There is not one complaint, we'd stay here again in a heart beat! Thank you for such a wonderful experience and weekend!”
