“This is the 4th time I've stayed at an Inn Season resort in Falmouth. There are 3 properties available and they are all quite nice. This visit was at Captains Quarters overlooking Heights Beach. It was a winter weekend with a steady fall of very fine snow. The accommodations are always spot on. It was picturesque and a perfect weekend getaway to relax and unwind. ”

“Loved the rental. Perfect setting, loved being able to walk 2 minutes and be on the beach! So much nicer than a hotel room, very clean and comfortable for the four of us. Steve was a very kind and helpful host!”

“Great place to stay, highly recommend to anyone, only 1.5 hours to Boston and only a few minutes to the ferries to M.V and Nantucket. quiet & safe place. Laundry is only $2 a pop. Bed was very comfortable couch was a bonus, having a kitchen was handy. Shops and good coffee close by.”

“Enjoyed coffee on the enclosed porch overlooking ocean. Great communication with owner. Bathroom nicely done. Very clean, cute, well setup for a cottage. ”

“Could use some updates and repairs but overall a nice cottage close to the ocean / beach, shopping and restaurants. Outdoor shower was great and nice hot water! Furniture in living space could be better. More comt seating and the table and chairs inside weren't needed and just took up space. Extra countertop would be good as it was hard to cook and the stove needs to be leveled. Some kind of high top bar with stools would have been great and a different arrangement with the living room……

“To stay a block from the beach and look out the window at the water is the ultimate vacation! Even in winter this place is warm and inviting! The hosts are caring and communicative - just the best! This cottage lets you do just that”

“The house is run down but the living spaces are updated. Nice large TV. The kitchen is old, sink is new. Kitchen needs organizing and decluttering the drawers. There are things that need to be done in house. Master bed comfy, all other beds need foam toppers because the beds are cheap mattresses and hard. Remember your days at sleepover camp, yes mattresses are like that. The coffee table in living room needs wood piece screwed to table legs. We moved it so no one would get hurt. The owners are……
