“The description said two bedroom but in actuality there is a lofted open space over the living room and kitchen as the second bedroom. I wish the description clarified this as we have young children and did not want to go to bed the same time as them- we needed both bedrooms to have closely doors to get the kids to bed while still being able to have adult time. Otherwise the condo was clean, equipped and the views of the water from the short walk to the beach were very beautiful. Overall great……

“Our group of four adults stayed here for a friends wedding. The house was as advertised, the price matched the accomodations. Communication with owner was exceptional. Through no fault of owner, the TP supply ran out, after notifying Pam, she immediately delivered a plentiful supply of TP, and other paper goods. Beds were super comfortable! “The interior of the home was very nice, spacious, and clean. The exterior is in need of paint and deck maintenance, perhaps some enhancements to the outdoor living areas. There wasn't much we could do as a family in the yard in terms of eating outside, playing games, having cocktails. Nonetheless, the home is only 10 minutes from the National Seashore which are the best beaches on the Cape in my opinion. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. ”

“Our family of 8 was so comfortable in this house. It was beautifully landscaped. Loved how private and cozy it felt. Definitely made use of the rail trail in the backyard. It was an easy walk down to Arnold’s for mini golf and ice cream. We had a couple runners in the house that also enjoyed the having a safe place to run.
