True Waterfront Year Round Vacation type Home

This newly remodeled home is located on the sandy shores of Lower Suncook Lake. 100 ft of waterfront on 1 wooded acre. Plenty of Parking. Master suite with king bed, private bath and comfortable sitting area with flat screen TV looking over Suncook Lake. First floor bedroom with 3 beds and full bath with Laundry area. Large living dining area with sectional, 50 in Flat Screen and gas fireplace. Modern Kitchen with 6 burner gas range and double ovens, dishwasher, hot and cold spring water dispenser and stainless steel refrigerator.
Wrap around 3 season porch provides plenty of additional seating and sleeping options.
90 minutes from Boston and less than an hour from NH skiing and 10 minutes from Lake Winnipesaukee. Seasonal Skating and Ice Fishing right off your beach. Year round dock for fishing and boating.
All linen and paper products are included, beds are made and ready to go. Will consider year round rental. Week to week or long weekend- rates will vary depending on length of rental and season. Great for families with kids of all slope from sandy beach or diving off the end of dock!
The Suncook Lakes in NH are great for fishing. The lakes are stocked with rainbow trout annually. The NH Fish and Game stock the Suncook Lakes with approx. 750 Rainbow Trout. The average fish weight is about 3/4 of a pound. The best times to fish for Rainbow Trout are Spring and Fall during cool water temperatures.
Other fish include: Yellow Perch, White Perch, Chain Pickerel, Large Mouth Bass, Small Mouth Bass, Hornpout (catfish), and Crappies.

Barnstead weekend with the In-Laws
Mike's lakeside property in Barnstead was amazing. We had perfect weather for enjoying morning coffee on the dock with some occasional loon activity. The property easily accommodated our group of four and we texted with Mike to allow an additional couch-surfer from the wedding party. We really appreciated the full-size fridge and washer and dryer as this was part of a cross-country trip. My dog and I also made sure to get some really nice walks in and see what the other birds were up to. I highly recommend this amazing property and hope to come back during the next wedding season.

Slice of Heaven
My husband and I had an amazing few days at HannahsBrook! We were looking for a quiet, peaceful spot on a lake to unwind, kayak, and just relax. We did all that! Our dog was in heaven jumping off the dock, swimming all day. The weather was perfect all weekend. Mike was so accommodating and welcoming. We can’t wait o come back!

Great Place to stay!
I stayed in this house with my wife and her elderly mother and sister. The house is fantastic! It is well equipped - there is a great kitchen, plenty of room, and was clean and comfortable. There is a wonderful dock to sit out on the lake. Kayaks and paddle boat. Super relaxing. Mike, the host, stopped in to check that everything was ok. Nice beach and if weather was warmer the lake would be nice for swimming. We will return.

Relaxing and beautiful
We loved our time at the property- there was everything we needed and it is so clear that the owner puts real thought into the comfort of the guests. The lake was warm and beautiful- my kids enjoyed fishing, swimming and kayaking. We had plenty of space as a family and it was great to have a washer and dryer. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Week!
This home is everything it is advertised! We enjoyed a restful week on the lake! Everything from start to finish was perfect. The owner makes sure everything is taken care of. Fully stocked kitchen. Cleanliness is A+. Modern conveniences with smart tv and great WiFi. Lower Suncook Lake is perfect, not too big and not too small. We spent most of our time kayaking around. Relaxing and fun vacation. We would definitely stay again!

Waterfront and lovely
We had a great stay at Hannahs Brook. The place looks exactly as advertised, it's clean, up to date and comfortable for mulitple generations of family. The loons on the lake were incredible and I appreciated all the information about how the owners around the lake are working with sustainable practices in mind to keep it clean, safe and wonderful for humans and animals. Mike was a super host even in the midst of a massive rain storm.

Lovely cottage on quiet lake
We spent 10 days at Hannasbrook and it was an absolute joy. The cottage had everything we needed with plenty of essential supplies and condiments. Mike was a fantastic host. Whenever we had a question he was there immediately to answer or provide assistance. The location of the cottage is just what we were looking for. On a quiet lake, where you could see and hear nature at your door. We loved listening to the loons at night and the fresh smell of the woods around us. It was a perfect lake for kayaking. On a special note the king size bed was extremely comfortable and also adjustable. What a pleasant surprise.

Gorgeous private Suncook Lake front location with all the benefits of being right by Winnipesaukee
Hannahsbrook is great for those that want all of the convenience and entertainment of Lake Winnipesaukee but want a quiet and private lakeside location. We loved roasting marshmallows over the fire pit with a ton of supplied firewood while watching the moon rise over the lake and using the pedal boat and kayaks. The modern kitchen, comfortable beds, ductless ac/heat and water cooler made for a much more upscale experience than we were expecting. We'll be back.

Best getaway
HannahsBrook never dissapoints. It was my fourth stay there. The house is spotless whenever we arrive, and has such a relaxing, cozy energy to it. The views were breathtaking as always and we loved kayaking on the lake. We are always greeted by bald eagles and so loons. Our dogs love walking around the neighbordhood and swimming in the lake. So many of our favorite memories are at HannahsBrook. Mike is the best host there is. We are so thankful for him and for sharing this beautiful place with us.

Wonderful accommodations
Hannahsbrook was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Even the dog had a blast! Mike is an experienced host who is very responsive and had everything ready for us upon arrival. He even took us for a boat ride around the lake! The house looks better in person than in the pictures. It is the perfect blend of rustic lake house charm mixed with all the modern amenities to make your stay comfortable. The location is private but still just a few minutes away from the main road and other conveniences. We highly recommend Hannahsbrook!!

Great place to stay for a couple or small family!
Great place for a week long stay at the lake! It's in an easy to find location and once you arrive you drive down the short driveway but it seems like you're entering into a secluded area - your own private slice of the lake. The house does have everything you need from kitchen pots, pans, silverware to games, kayaks, firewood... everything! The house was very clean and the A/C worked very well to keep us cool when we weren't outside, which wasn't much because there's so much to see and do. Mike lives right next door. He's very friendly, as is his little pup, and ready to help with anything you may need. He won't bother you unless you need something which you won't - the place is great! Highly recommend!

Great getaway at Hannah's Brook!
What a wonderful vacation week we had at this lovely property and peaceful lake! We enjoyed each day of our stay here, even the rainy ones, lounging inside on the comfortable sofas. We brought our two dogs and they loved jumping off the dock and exploring the yard. The water entry & stone steps were perfect for both our older dog and our young puppy! We enjoyed kayaking around the lake most mornings, listening to the loon calls. Having stayed on bigger and busier lakes, we appreciated the peace & quiet of Lower Suncook. We hope to return for a long weekend or for another week next summer! Mike was easily reached with any question we had, and was quick to respond. He even took our whole pack for a boat ride on our last sunny day!

Wonderful vacation!
We had a great time at Hannah's Brook in early July. Mike was a great host, available yet not obtrusive. The house is very clean, smells fresh and the linens are nice quality. It has everything you need. Despite having rainy weather for the 1st half of our week, we enjoyed reading, playing cards and just relaxing in this incredibly clean and comfortable home. And once the sun came out, we took the opportunity to be in the lake as much as possible. Very clean lake and water warm enough you can be in it for hours. Thank you Mike for being such a great host.
