“Bei diesem Objekt handelt es sich um die Hälfte von einem alten Gebäude. Es wurde renoviert, wenn auch nicht immer durchdacht. In der anderen Haushälfte wohnt eine Familie mir Kindern. Das Haus ist Teil von einem Weiler und im Grünen (Haselnüssen und Landwirtschaft). Die anderen Häuse des Weilers sind jedoch neu und zum Teil noch im Rohbau. Wir hatten keine Bautätigkeiten. Es gibt einen grossen Pool mit 4 Liegestühlen und einem Sonnenschirm, jedoch ohne Aussicht. Die Terrasse ist mit einem……

“This is a wonderful house with eclectic art and interesting furniture. It is very charming and authentic. I would recommend it to any one who is physically fit and driving a small car. It was a little bit challenging for us because my mother is quite old and not able to walk long distances. We also had a larger rental car because she is handicapped and uses a walker, and it is almost impossible to maneuver around the small roads of the town unless you have a tiny car or park farther away and……

“We visited this house with four youngsters (18-21) and two dogs and we enjoyed the enormous space in and around the house. The swimmingpool was great. The whirlpool wasn't heated so we only could use that between 3 and 5 PM. Than the automatically refreshing of the water started and it went cold. But when one knows this, one adapts... Really great was the big room with the table tennis, table football and pool table. Even at the hottest hour of the day you could play there if you wanted. Around……

“We travelled to Piemonte for wine tasting, and this house is almost ideally situated in the middle of the Asti-Alba-Barolo-Barbera-Barbaresco area. It is in a rural area, and the local farmer does drive his tractor and truck by the house occasionally (several times a day). Otherwise, noise is almost nonexistent.
