“some maintenance is required at the property. There is no on-site management. our studio had a broken blind, the fridge freezer was iced up. One of the power points was faulty. The property would be 4 star if these minor items had not lowered the rating. Its a beautiful location and the studio was well appointed ”

We found it a welcoming place to relax and enjoy the established extensive gardens around the retreat.The little touches made it special-a full fruit bowl, fresh milk , a variety of breakfast cereals, fresh coffees and a variety of teas etc. Kate and Andy were very welcoming - - thank you for the delicious homemade berry jam and fresh homegrown rhubarb. We are looking forward to returning in the near future.”
