“This hotel has a very good customer service of the reception staff, so I even want to extend my stay at the beginning. However the hotel facility maintainace by the owners side is very disappointing. The bath tub have the water flows out. The toilet flushes whole night and after ask the hotel engineer staff to check he said the system works that way which means every 10 mins will have automatic noise flush sound. In addition, the pub downstairs have the loud music which can hear until at least……

“Bed was very firm which I like and linens were very good quality. Hotel is an Art hotel and excellent design. Highly recommend this hotel in Puebla, central location one block from el zocalo. Breakfast which was included was delicious with a good selection of breakfast items and fresh squeezed juice. ”
