“I enjoyed my stay in this lovely, well-appointed apartment. Being able to walk to all the restaurants, cafes and shops of Uptown Kingston was a wonderful experience. Despite all the surrounding activity, the apartment is on a nice quiet street. Andrea provided some nice touches to make me feel most welcome. If you're planning a trip to Kingston, I highly recommend this apartment!”

“The house was super cute and clean!! The only concern for us southerners was that there was no central A/C. We visited in late April and the weather turned out to be in the high 70’s, so it got a little warm in the house. We messaged the host and we were informed that they install window units for the warmer months, we just wished it was in the description. There were a couple of extra fans there we used. They had sheets galore, but only 2 washcloths per room so we had to wash almost everyday to……

The property managers were incredibly helpful and responsive to the few things that needed attention during our stay. The pool area is the shining star of this home. You can expect the house/ furnishings to be in mostly good shape and as photographed-. The layout of the bedrooms/ shared bathrooms did surprise us a bit despite careful review of photos and listing video tour. Overall great stay!”

“We had a great stay at this property! The house was very comfortable, and we especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. The highlight for the kids was the playroom - the kids loved the pool table, arcade games, and ping pong table! The location, just a short distance from many attractions, was also very convenient. With 5 bedrooms and plenty of space, it's perfect for a larger group or family.”
