“The host was incredibly kind and hospitable. She made sure that we had everything that we needed to feel comfortable. We were also given some pretty great recommendations for activities. We were very happy that we listened to the suggestions because we had a ball! Breakfast was lovely and fresh every morning. “We stayed here for 6 nights, and enjoyed our time here. Although the rooms are a bit dated and worn, we didn’t expect 5 star amenities and it met our needs for the price. The hotel is very well managed, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The food is excellent and the menu is varied enough so that there are always a few things that that you might choose to eat. Also the prices are reasonable for an island hotel. This place does not see the hordes of daytrippers the hotels on the north shore……
