We would defenitly recommend a visit!Pro's:- Carmen is really friendly and the communication is good- The house is well-equiped (pool, terrace, washing machine, etc.)- The view of the mountains is stunning- ...Cons:- The house has no airconditioning so you need to do some heath managment. There are ventilators though- A lot of mosquitos so come prepared”

“Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung in Gandia! Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – direkt in der ersten Reihe mit traumhaftem, direktem Meerblick. Jeden Morgen aufzuwachen und auf das Meer zu schauen, war ein absolutes Highlight. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön, modern eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders praktisch ist die direkte Nähe zur Wassersportschule, ideal für alle, die Surfen, Segeln oder andere Aktivitäten am Meer……

“Beautiful villa in a quiet urbanisation. The villa is not far from a few local shops and supermarkets and only 40 minutes drive away from Valencia. You will need a car to get around. Perfect if you prefer being away from it all but you still want the option to go out and about. We went to Oceanografic Aquarium and the Coves de Sant Josep. We all loved both but the children were happiest at the villa, playing in the pool! We saw some of the best sunrises and the views from the villa are amazing!……

“Nous avons passé un superbe week end dans la maison de Gonzalo, tout est fait pour que nous soyons a l'aise. La maison est bien équipée pour recevoir un large groupe d’invités. La cuisine, le BBQ, les frigos facilitent grandement les repas. La grande piscine est incroyable. Et l’hospitalité de notre hôte etait parfaite, il a pris le temps de nous montrer la maison et de nous donner des recommandations sur le quartier. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir”
