Country house "Cascina Anna", surrounded by trees and fields. 800 m from the centre of Basaluzzo, 14 km from the centre of Gavi, 22 km from the centre of Alessandria, residential area (villas). Private: property 7'000 m2 (fenced), large garden trees, courtyard, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pergola, barbecue, fireplace, barbecue house, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Grocery 500 m, bus stop 800 m. Nearby attractions: Serravalle Designer Outlet 12 km, Liguria- Genova 65 km, Stazione ferroviaria Novi Ligure 7 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expecte.

Großzügige Ferienwohnung

Sehr schönes Haus mit großen Räumen die wir zu zweit gar nicht richtig nutzen konnten, dazu ein schönes sehr großes Grundstück mit ebenso schönem und großen Pool. Das Grundstück ist ideal für Hunde da komplett eingezäunt. Die Vermieter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar und dazu erhielten wir noch großzügige Willkommenspräsente in Form von lokalem Wein. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier!

Grosses Landhaus mit riesigem Garten

Ideal mit Kindern um sich im Garten auszutoben. Auch der Pool ist schön ausgelegt. Bietet 9 Personen einen großzügiges Raumangebot. Die Betreuer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit im U2. Städte wie Alba, Alessandria, Asit und Genua innert 1 Stunde und weniger zu erreichen.
