The man sitting at the front desk is nice and willing to help. Only one thing bothered us. On the day of arrival, we check with the front disk. It is though located on a very busy road that has the tram running along it so it was very loud. The accommodation was a bit rougher around the edges than expected with some extra cleaning probably needed in some places but not bad for the price.”
