A bit far but very nice hotel
"It is a bit far from the Basel train station but the tram number 8 can take you nearby, hotel host upgraded my room to a bigger size on top floor, while you cannot imagine it is a big hotel from outside, good bathroom with enough hot and water pressure, easy to reach most of the Basel old town ..."

Good for a city centre Basel
"Great location near the centre of Basel. Don’t get a room facing the street though as it’s crazy noisy early in the morning and there is a church bell that rings through the night. Also don’t book breakfast using hotels.com it’s cheaper to do it on site - don’t know why but you will save money. Rooms ..."

"During Eurovision so outside was noisy, crowded and probably not as clean as usual. But big police presence and didn’t see many problems considering number of people. Good job! And a beautiful, charming city. I’d love to return when it’s quieter."
